After reading @banhmiboy‘s fic (x) about Chris going back in the mines for Josh, I was severely inspired and had to draw out a scene from it .. please go give it a read if you’ve played Until Dawn, it is a MASTERPIECE
(flat included below because there are some parts that get cut out because of the shading!)
wow. WOW!! WOOOW!!!!! i’m pretty sure this is the very first fanart i have ever received for a fic so i’ve gotta immortalize it here and also i’m like. absolutely floored. i’m glad you enjoyed my fic enough that you wanted to make art!? thank you so, SO much!!! the details, the lighting, your linework, the EYES!!! i LOVE this! it’s absolutely perfect and absolutely fits this scene. and! it is going to be my phone background.
Dreamed that i went to this huge campus school & I was pretending to have some kind of disorder/disease that put me in a wheelchair (but I was actually completely fine). Like I was friends with everyone and basically pretended to be a special needs student.
Then it timeskipped to one night where a ton of students and staff bodies were scattered throughout one of the school buildings and there was blood everywhere and it didn’t show it but like, I knew I was the one that massacred everyone. and I covered it up by smearing blood on myself and wheeling outside to where some other staff members had just discovered the scene. So I started crying and acting terrified so they would think I was just a survivor. And it worked.
The way Hannah/Hanndigo set up Beth’s head and coat up on a rock like a pedestal (or maybe even a dummy) is a really overlooked detail in the game I think….
A clock whose face goes up to 13 is a total cliché at this point – If I walked into some Hell-dimension and saw that, I’d just think they were trying too hard. You know what would really unnerve me? A clock whose face stops at 11.
Especially since “The Eleventh Hour” is generally used to refer to the Last Possible Point BEFORE everything goes horribly sideways, so this would suggest that you are in a place perpetually stuck at the terrible and fruitless moment just shy of impending disaster.
